Meal Planning

I am not be the most organized person on the planet. I am more of a organized clutter type of person, if you will haha. I have my mess but I know exactly where everything is :) 95% of the time I a 100% right :)
Okay back on track, Meal Planning! So at some point this weekend, either Friday but probably Saturday I am going grocery shopping. I need to remember to eat before I got because I usually end up buying crap I don't need. I also need to have an organized list of exactly what I need. In turn this means I need to figure out exactly what I'm making for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. Today or tomorrow I'm going to buy me a crock pot. I want a pulled pork sandwich so I guess I will just have to make my own.... if I can find a recipe for it that is. This is where all of you wonderful blog readers come into play :) I need some new dinner ideas. Since I've been working a bunch I don't have time to sit on Pinterest for hours and find delicious meal. Please and thank you in advance!

    Once you get a crockpot, pulled pork is easy! Get your pork butt, cover it in Lawrys Seasoned Salt, pour a bottle of BBQ sauce in the crockpot & 12oz of diet pepsi. Cook for 4-5hrs. It should shred fairly easy with two forks. Then I usually let it cook for another hour or so. Ta-da! Pulled pork!
